

Sunny Ahonkhai, Founder
Sunny Ahonkhai is an independent consultant, leadership coach, speaker and trainer specialising in mental health, leadership, social care and professional development.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration and further trained in Mental Health Nursing and Social Work at London South Bank University, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to leadership, wellbeing and organisational development.
As Chief Executive of Ahonkhai Consulting, Sunny supports individuals and organisations to strengthen leadership, enhance performance and build healthier, more productive workplaces. He is also the author of Seasons of Life, which underpins his coaching work on achieving greater balance, wellbeing and fulfilment in life and work.

Lola Ahonkhai , Co-Founder
Lola is originally from a design and arts management background and made the transition into training and education project management within the charity and public sectors, spending 20-years working with young people and adults, teaching the skills needed to prepare them for the professional world; and coached and mentored individuals from a diverse array of backgrounds as they overcame personal barriers to their learning and development. Lola went on to become a Learning and Development Consultant as she is passionate about promoting lifelong learning and using blended learning solutions to help develop people. Lola has spent 7 years working within Family and Adolescents Services and has a sound understanding of systemic practice and childhood development, and how they can impact personal development. Lola is now a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and runs Lightway Counselling a Person-Centred therapeutic private practice that offers counselling and psychotherapy. Lola uses her experience and knowledge to deliver workshops that support individuals to becoming more self-aware and manage their mental health and wellbeing.
